Certificates

In an industry where product safety, hygiene and consumer trust in these gluten-free (‘free from’) products is key, it is only logical that we should sustain certified quality control.

Control & Research

In our own laboratory we continuously test the quality of products as well as monitoring hygiene in our production lines.

In addition, we cooperate with external laboratories to have our products and services tested for safety by unbiased specialists.

Quality

Consequently, we are certified as follows:

  • HACCP
  • BRC
  • IFS Skal (for the production of biological products)
  • Gluten-free, with approval of the NCV (Dutch Association of Coeliac Patients), who have allowed us to use the gluten-free logo with our licence number on products.

Guidelines

As a guideline for our gluten-free products, we comply with the directives of European food legislation on gluten-free production and products. Thus, we guarantee that all of our gluten-free products contain 20 ppm of gluten as a maximum. In practice, however, our products usually remain far below this standard, which means that our operations are even safer than the mandatory level.
